The 1940's brick and glass block facade is reminiscent of days when the Vespa scooter was popularized throughout postwar Europe as a solution to hard economic times and urban congestion. Owner Doug Day and wife Susan were keenly aware of the similarities to today's social context when they chose the Plainville Industrial Center location to introduce Connecticut to the motorscooter. | |||
